Facebook diffida Suicide Machine…come finirà?

Per chi nono conoscesse Suicide Machine, si tratta di un sito che offre un servizio di suicidio automatizzato. In altre parole tramite scripts, se lo volete, provvedono a cancellare il vostro profilo e le vostre informazioni da vari social networks. Ovviamente, visto il trend generale di abbandono, questo servizio ha riscosso notevole successo (io in tempi non sospetti mi suicidai “a mano” da FB).

Naturalmente la cosa non ha fatto molto piacere a Facebook che il 6 gennaio scorso ha inviato una diffida al gestore di Suicide Machine, intimandogli di cessare la propria attività. Tra le varie violazioni citate dai legali di FB, l’utilizzo di scripts non autorizzati, l’utilizzo di marchi Facebook, nonché violazioni della proprietà intellettuale.

Nella diffida Facebook concede a Suicide Machine tempo fino al prossimo 11 gennaio per fornire una risposta.

Oggi ho letto un post sul sito di Andrea D’Ambra che ci fa notare che nella scheda personale dell’Onorevole Eurodeputato Borghezio appare la dicitura ““Presidente del governo della Padania (1999-2004).”.

Immediatamente ho pensato di fare un giro sul sito dell’Europarlamento, giusto per vedere cosa hanno inserito gli Europarlamentari italiani nella “DICHIARAZIONE DEGLI INTERESSI DI CARATTERE FINANZIARIO DEI DEPUTATI”. Noto con sopresa (nemmeno tanta) che:
- l’On. Aldo Patriciello, dichiara di non esercitare alcuna attività professionale e di non esercitare funzioni o attività retibuite. Beh direi leggermente inconguente con quanto dichiara sul proprio sito www.patriciello.it “Oggi Aldo Patriciello, anche se dedica la maggior parte del tempo alla sua attività di europarlamentare, grazie all’aiuto dei fratelli e di un valido staff di dirigenti, guida un Gruppo che controlla una ventina di aziende, per un totale di circa ottocento dipendenti. E’ presente anche nel delicato settore dell’informazione con una emittente televisiva regionale.”
Probabilmente una simile dichiarazione all’Europarlamento poteva creare qualche leggerissimo problema di conflitto di interessi? O apparire almeno sconveniente?
